- Service cancellations requests are not entertained does not exist because one-time fee is only charged after the client has been advised and proceeds through the engagement steps.Still read the below for details.
- No questions asked refund policy for fees applies in the following cases:
- If the fee we charged for the promised return in the case of ITR filing is not fulfilled, we will refund the fee based on the percentage calculation of how it was initially taken, plus an additional 10% of the shortfall deposited into the client’s bank account. Clients must provide supporting documents for their claim.
- For services such as Financial Planning, Retirement Planning, and Portfolio Review/Construction, we will only collect the fee if the client agrees as per the agreement. However, if a client feels the need to request a refund, they have a window of 7 days after payment to request via support@acceleratemyfinances.com , citing legitimate reasons and they will be evaluated by our team.Final decision will stays with Accelerate My Finances on refund of these services.
- Refund will be initiated after the query has been found legitimate based on above conditions within 2 working days and will be credited to the customer bank account within 3 – 10 working days based on the provided bank details and bank taking time to process refunds.
